What if I don't like the website you build?
You don't pay. Seriously. We build your website first and show it to you. If you're not happy with the result, you owe us nothing and we part ways. That's our promise.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, SSL, security updates, content changes, performance monitoring, and ongoing support. During the $50/mo trial period, you get the same service — it's our chance to prove the value. After 3 months, it moves to $150/mo.
Is ad spend included in the marketing price?
No. Our fee covers campaign management and optimization. Ad spend goes directly to the platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.). We'll recommend a budget based on your market and goals.
Are there any commitments?
Monthly services are billed monthly with 30 days notice to cancel. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
Can I add marketing services later?
Absolutely. Most clients start with just the website. Once it's live and working, you can add paid ads, social media management, or both whenever you're ready.
How long does it take to build my website?
Most websites are completed in 2-4 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline during the free consultation based on your needs.
